Listing Specialist and Team Lead for Southern Home Group.
After moving here to Knoxville in 2003 to attend the University of Tennessee Josh Belcher quickly fell in love with what this big small town has to offer. After graduating in '07 he traveled around the southeast developing a startup retail company known as Alumni Hall. After 9 years Josh decided that his love for people and architecture would soon turn into a career in real estate. Josh is passionate and energetic and has quickly become one of the top producing agents in the greater Knoxville area. Not only is he wonderful with the locals but he has also helped hundreds of others to relocate to our beloved community. He currently represents buyers, sellers, and investors in East Tennessee and surrounding areas. Josh has definitely been an integral part of the Knoxville culture and economy. When Josh isn't chasing the Real Estate deals he is chasing his three beautiful girls around; Ella (6), Maddy (4), and Hollyn (18 months). He and his wife Jordan love to travel to various museums with their girls and hunt down all the yummy restaurants the southeast has to offer.
