Nicole Brown is no stranger to this business as she graduated from Florida State with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Her and her husband Dan moved to Knoxville 3 years ago. Living downtown is what made them fall in love with all things Knoxville. After their boys (Parker and Preston) were born they knew they needed a larger space. Nicole then contacted Josh Belcher who was able to find them the perfect home for their now family of four.
After going through a seamless transition with Josh, Nicole decided she wanted to step away from teaching and go back to her first love of Real Estate. She is the buyer specialist for Josh and enjoys every moment of helping her clients find their next dream home. The group often utilizes Nicole as a sounding board for best practices because she is so well organized.
