Nicole Brown is no stranger to this business as she graduated from Florida State with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Her and her husband Dan moved to Knoxville 3 years ago. Living downtown is what made them fall in love with all things Knoxville. After their boys (Parker and Preston) were born they knew they needed a larger space. Nicole then contacted Josh Belcher who was able to find them the perfect home for their now family of four. After going through a seamless transition with Josh, Nicole decided she wanted to step away from teaching and go back to her first love of Real Estate. She is the buyer specialist for Josh and enjoys every moment of helping her clients find their next dream home. The group often utilizes Nicole as a sounding board for best practices because she is so well organized. Nicole and her family enjoy the weekend farmer’s market, splash pads, and discovering all the hidden gems this area has to offer. Nicole is kind, funny, and super smart. The perfect combination!

Sasha has called Knoxville, TN “home” since 2013 and absolutely loves the thriving city and everything the community has to offer. With a real estate background, both in Property Management and Real Estate Marketing/Advertising, Sasha decided to pursue her long term passion of helping clients better their quality of life by finding them the next place they can call ‘home’. She’s committed to making the home buying process as enjoyable & seamless as possible. It gives her pure joy and gratitude to be part of the journey. On a personal note, Sasha enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children. Her family are all avid sports fans, who enjoy trying new local restaurants and traveling.
